ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel, Strategic Transactions to serve as the lead legal partner for the company's most significant strategic and transactional initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will lead the legal execution of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, project financings, and other complex corporate transactions that are central to the company's long-term growth strategy. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to structure, negotiate, and execute sophisticated transactions across a rapidly evolving infrastructure platform operating at the intersection of energy, AI infrastructure, and digital assets. This role offers substantial exposure to strategic decision-making, financing initiatives, and enterprise-level legal and business issues. The ideal candidate combines strong transactional and financing experience with practical business judgment, a high degree of ownership and autonomy, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment.
