ABOUT THE ROLE The Treasury Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day execution and scaling of the Company's treasury function. This role is designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented operator who can provide immediate operational relief to a lean treasury team while also helping build the foundation for more scalable, controlled, and automated treasury processes over time. You will work closely with senior treasury and finance leadership on cash management, reporting, controls documentation, and the implementation of new financial initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, can juggle recurring operational responsibilities alongside ad-hoc projects, and is eager to take ownership of core treasury workflows as the business continues to grow and evolve.
