ABOUT THE ROLE The Total Rewards Coordinator plays a central role in delivering and administering the full spectrum of the organization's total rewards programs. This position partners closely with a range of stakeholders to support benefits strategy, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and provide exceptional service to employees on all matters related to benefits, leave, equity compensation, and payroll. The ideal candidate brings a blend of operational precision, cross-functional collaboration, and a continuous-improvement mindset. Payroll Backup & Support - Capable of running full payroll independently when required, ensuring accurate and timely employee pay in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. - Serve as a knowledgeable payroll backup during peak periods, vacations, or high-volume cycles. - Support payroll accounting reconciliation as related to benefits deductions and equity transactions.
