ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an analytical and motivated Associate or Senior Associate to join our team and support the Head of Corporate Finance. This individual will play a key role in evaluating and executing strategic and financial initiatives, including financing activities, investment opportunities, joint ventures, and M&A across our AI, advanced computing, and energy ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity, with a focus on AI infrastructure, digital infrastructure, data centers, or technology/energy sectors . This role offers direct exposure to Hut 8's high-priority corporate development initiatives and a clear path to collaborate with senior leadership by contributing to, and eventually driving, these strategic financial decisions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Modeling & Analysis - Build Financial Models: Develop and maintain detailed financial and operating models to evaluate data center developments, GPU procurement, and infrastructure investments. -
