ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel, Strategic Transactions to serve as the lead legal partner for the company's most significant strategic and transactional initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will lead the legal execution of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, project financings, and other complex corporate transactions that are central to the company's long-term growth strategy. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to structure, negotiate, and execute sophisticated transactions across a rapidly evolving infrastructure platform operating at the intersection of energy, AI infrastructure, and digital assets.
