The Support Desk Technician plays a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization. This position involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing network connectivity, and ensuring that all IT-related problems are resolved efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of various technologies, including mobile devices, LAN, TCP/IP, and network administration. This is a night shift position working full-time in office and a weekend shift.
