Technician Maintenance Vega Baja, MN Job Overview Bajo las instrucciones del Supervisor o Gerente de Facilidades llevará a cabo tareas de operación, mantenimiento y reparación en las utilidades y facilidades físicas. Trabajará en los mantenimientos correctivos y preventivos en las máquinas y equipos auxiliares utilizando las instrucciones establecidas. Realizará tareas de reparación rigiéndose por las instrucciones específicas de los manuales de los equipos. Asiste en instalar, desmontar y/o reestablecer equipos por cambios. En cualquier día, harías una diferencia mediante: Se asegura de cumplir y llevar a cabo lo establecido en las Políticas, Procedimientos y Reglas de Seguridad Ocupacional, Calidad y Ambiental. Identificar y reportar posibles problemas o desgastes en los equipos de Utilidades tales como, pero no limitado a: Sistemas de Generadores, Compresores de Aire, Unidades de A/C, Sistema de Chillers, etc. Trabajar en colaboración con otros departamentos para resolver problemas y optimizar los procesos de mantenimiento. Brindar información clara y precisa en las hojas de trabajos sobre el estado de los equipos y las actividades realizadas para poder tener los detalles para nuestros clientes. Será responsable de reemplazar bombas, correas, cajas de bola, “bushings”, piñones, engranajes, válvulas, etc., en la reparación de equipo. Realizará otras tareas de facilidades y mantenimiento de acuerdo a las prioridades de trabajo
