The Production Supervisor will oversee the production process in a manufacturing facility, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining safety protocols and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage and motivate a team. A Day In The Life Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and conduct safety training as needed. Supervise Production Staff: Manage and supervise a team of production workers, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and development opportunities Production Planning: Work with production planners to organize workflow, establish priorities, and ensure that production schedules are met. Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality standards and address any issues that arise to maintain product quality.
