Production Assembler (2nd Shift) Londonderry, NH Job Overview The Assembler performs general duties under the direction of the production supervisor; this includes installing lead wires or terminals and insulation per the production specification sheet. On any given day, you'll make a difference by: Working independently or with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency. Identifying lead wire and terminal types and installing them per production specification sheet. Assuring that all products meet the highest standard of quality. Following all safety rules and ISO requirements. Adhering to all company rules and policies. Keeping work areas clean and organized. Ensuring that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards. Operating a hoist properly and safely. What will help you thrive in this role? High School Diploma or GED (required) 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. Read, use, and understand measuring devices. Ability to stand for excessive periods of time. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. Understanding measurements using standard and metric measuring devices.
