Continuous Improvement Support Analyst - LeRoy, NY Leroy, NY Job Overview The Continuous Improvement Support Analyst supports manufacturing operations by assisting with improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of Lean manufacturing practices. Key responsibilities include supporting manufacturing floor layout updates, line configuration changes, material flow analysis, and process documentation. The Continuous Improvement Support Analyst assists with Kaizen events, data collection, and standardization efforts while learning and applying Lean Six Sigma tools under the guidance of experienced team members. A Day In The Life Assist in training and coaching process owners on Lean and statistical tools, methodologies, and techniques to support process management, measurement systems, and an operational excellence mindset at the department level Actively participate as a member of the Continuous Improvement Committee Support continuous improvement initiatives including training, mentoring, facilitating Kaizen events, Six Sigma projects, tool deployment, and benchmarking activities Develop, modify, and maintain manufacturing floor layouts and line configurations using AutoCAD Analyze material flow, operator movement, and equipment placement to reduce waste and improve throughput Assist in the creation, documentation, and implemen
