Program Controls Specialist I Puerto Rico Program Controls Specialist I Puerto Rico (Hybrid) TRENDING Job Description As a Program Controls Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will play a role in managing and directing the control and oversight of various aspects of a project, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. You will report directly to our Sr Program Controls Manager, and you'll work out of our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico location. External hires begin with 90 days onsite before transitioning to a hybrid 3/2 schedule. Internal hires will work a 3/2 hybrid schedule. Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace Propulsion You will be the technical leader and be a decision maker for program cost, schedule and technical issues. You will prioritize your work, design goals and objectives, and drive program performance. The role will support a fast-paced programs within Propulsion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports program launch and program execution Supports development of program plans Prepare and publish metrics and reports Track budget and program financial data Track milestones and identify root cause Analyze program performance metrics Analyze cost and schedule integration Develop EVM (Earned Value Management) Knowledge and Apply to Program Supports program teams and stakeholders Supports organizational feedback for utilized tools and process efficiencies Complete required certification and application training High attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE: Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Ability to read,
