This role forms part of the Honeywell Aerospace CMADS (Configuration Management & Data Management ) team. As an individual contributor they will be responsible for shaping, governing, and assuring the adoption of enterprise‑wide Configuration Management (CM) and Data Management (DM) standards across Honeywell Aerospace. This role works in close partnership with the dedicated Configuration & Data Management function, the Digital Team, and regional stakeholders to define, harmonise, and assure global CM/DM standards applicable to all programmes - including hardware, software, integrated systems, and digital / MBSE‑enabled programmes. Operating without direct line‑management responsibility, the role leads through technical authority, influence, assurance, and governance, ensuring disciplined execution, regulatory compliance, and alignment with both global standards and regional requirements. Be part of an engineering team that is defining the future of Honeywell products. Responsibilities Enterprise Configuration, Data & Digital Authority Act as a senior enterprise‑level subject matter expert for Configuration Management and Data Management across Honeywell Aerospace. Work collaboratively with the central Configuration & Data Management owner to define, maintain, and evolve global CM/DM standards applicable across all programme types. Ensure enterprise standards align with recognised industry best practices (e.g. EIA‑649, ISO, INCOSE) while remaining adaptable to regional regulatory needs.
