Engineering Support Specialist I Tempe, AZ, United States Engineering Support Specialist I Tempe, AZ, United States (On-site) Job Description Be part of an engineering team that is defining the future of Honeywell products. You will work closely with engineering and project management leadership, and members of the Hardware Management team managing hardware supporting New Product Development (NPD) and Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP). Additionally, you may be working with engineering leadership and members of the Data Management team associated with supplier hardware certification documentation. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on an onsite work schedule. Responsibilities Perform two daily runs to deliver hardware Supporting the Hardware Management team conducting and expediting NPD hardware movement at the Honeywell Tempe site Supporting the Data Management team conducting NPD supplier hardware certification packages at the Honeywell Tempe site Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 2+ years SAP materials management database experience Knowledge of industrial safety practices and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Knowledge of clean room protocols and gowning processes Minimum of a high school diploma or GED (General Educational Development) WE VALUE Prior Honeywell experience a plus Team building and collaboration Willingness to grow and learn more advanced aspects on the Hardware Management team Support NPD assembly and test teams Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by
