About this role
Contracts Lead Phoenix, AZ, United States Contracts Lead Phoenix, AZ, United States and 1 more (Hybrid) Job Description As a Contracts Lead here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will handle all facets of contract formation and contract management including drafting, interpretation, negotiation, contract review, and administration of complex customer agreements. You will ensure that final contractual documents drive growth and include all deal parameters approved in accordance with respective approval processes, and Honeywell Aerospace business is conducted with the highest ethical standards, internal company policies, and local and international laws. You will report directly to our Contracts Director, and you'll work out of either our Phoenix, AZ or our Aguadilla PR location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact Honeywell Aerospace's contract management function and overall business operations. By effectively managing and overseeing the execution of contracts, this role will ensure that Honeywell Aerospace operates in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and protecting the company's interests. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Provide independent and objective contract evaluation as well as experienced advice and sound guidance to various functions, as applicable. Advise internal stakeholders of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and conditions. Focus on the continual improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of contract formation and management processes, without compromising compliance. Collaborate with various teams and functions at multiple sites, ensuring organizational effectiveness and standardization. Support the maximization of cost targets and cash flow while minimizing risk in the negotiation of contracts.
