About the Role The Growth Strategy & Operations Associate will own strategic initiatives focused on scaling Hive's growth across the organization. This is a full-cycle role where the Associate will be expected to generate high-impact initiatives and see them through effective execution. The Growth Strategy & Operations Associate will have the opportunity to engage with leaders across all teams at Hive, including Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, Finance and Operations.
