About this role
Associate SharePoint Developer Irving, TX, United States Hilltop Holdings is seeking an Associate SharePoint Developer to support the configuration, migration, forms development, workflows, user permissions, and ongoing management of SharePoint solutions. This role operates under guided supervision and applies practical, hands‑on SharePoint knowledge to support business needs. Development of SharePoint sites, forms, and workflows as needed to meet requirements Assist in the support of the SharePoint ecosystems for all companies under Hilltop Holdings Provide access to SharePoint sites and document libraries, adding users, and setting roles/permissions Perform routine maintenance on the SharePoint farms, including patching, archival of data, storage clean-up Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint related issues; providing communication to affected users Assist in configuration, installation and support of software and equipment in an environment conducive to the specifications of departmental or organizational needs Assist in migrating SharePoint on-premises to O365 utilizing Sharegate Build SharePoint forms utilizing InfoPath designer, Power Apps, and SPFx framework Build SharePoint workflows utilizing Power Automate Maintain software applications, operating systems, and regular maintenance Assist with assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives and reporting to the appropriate stakeholders Assist in gathering business requirements and translate to appropriate system requirements Documentation of support instructions, processes, and procedures Respond to varying monitoring alerts of servers and applications Other duties as assigned or required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Combination of equivalent relevant work experience and high school diploma or GED required. 2 plus years
