Who We're Looking For We're looking for a GTM Engineer who sits between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data - someone who builds systems that help the company close more revenue, faster . This is not a traditional sales role and not a traditional engineering role. It's for someone who: - Thinks like a seller but builds like an operator - Enjoys tinkering, prototyping, and automating workflows - Cares deeply about ROI and real business outcomes - Thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments - Learns new tools by doing, not by waiting for permission You don't need a formal CS background. You do need curiosity, commercial instincts, and the ability to turn messy GTM problems into scalable systems. What You'll Work On Build & Own GTM Infrastructure - Design, build, and maintain systems that power our GTM motion across Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success. - Create workflows that support lead enrichment, routing, outreach, deal progression, and account expansion. - Automate repetitive tasks so revenue teams can focus on high-value conversations.
