Role Overview We're looking for a highly operational Contract Manager to own and scale our commercial contracting processes. This role sits at the center of Legal, Finance, and GTM, ensuring contracts move quickly, accurately, and in alignment with company risk tolerance. You will be responsible for both the day-to-day execution and the underlying systems that power our contracting lifecycle. We are looking for someone who is deeply process-oriented, systems-savvy, and comfortable driving cross-functional coordination in a high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Commercial Contracting - Manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, includingNDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, order forms, amendments and vendor contracts. - Build and optimize playbooks, documentation and scalable contracting process to support high-volume contracts. - Drive improvements that increase speed, clarity, and consistency across contracts lifecycle. - Act as the intake point for contract requests, manage intake forms, and make sure agreements are routed and prioritized correctly. - Partner with Legal and GTM teams to move agreements through review and execution without delays. - Maintain a single source of truth for versions, signatures, and storage; work with the XFN team to secure approvals; route fully-approved agreements to signature via DocuSign/Ironclad; archive files and approval evidence in contract repository.
