Forward-Deployed AI Builder Paris 🎯 THE ROLE IN ONE LINE Hexa Scale's forward-deployed AI builder - the person who turns the firm's and the portfolio's AI ambitions into shipped agents, working workflows, and team-wide AI fluency. 🧭 WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS The Managing Partner and Operating Partner own investment selection, value-creation plans, and the strategic transformation conversations with portfolio CEOs. What we are missing is a dedicated builder and enabler who: - Ships the internal AI tooling that makes Hexa Scale move faster than any other PE firm in Europe. - Embeds with portfolio companies to actually build the first agents and AI workflows - not just advise on them. - Is hands-on enough to teach the deal team, the operating team, and portfolio operators how to use AI in their daily work. Think Forward-Deployed Engineer with an AI specialty and the maturity to operate independently in front of executives - but without yet owning IC-level strategic calls. 🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. BE HEXA SCALE'S IN-HOUSE AI BUILDER (INTERNAL ENABLEMENT) - Build and maintain internal agents and scripts that compress repetitive work for the deal, operating, and finance teams. - Own the rollout of our internal AI stack (LLM tools, agent frameworks, knowledge base, evals). - Run regular "AI clinics" and short workshops to lift daily AI fluency across the team. 2.
