The role As Requirements Engineer for Physical Products, you will own the end-to-end requirements process across Helsing's portfolio of autonomous drone systems, loitering munitions and ground-based defence platforms. Working across systems, mechanical, electrical, software and AI disciplines, you will translate operational needs and regulatory obligations into unambiguous, verifiable specifications and maintain full traceability from mission concept through to verification. The day-to-day - Own the full requirements lifecycle across all physical product lines, eliciting, structuring, decomposing and allocating requirements from operational concept through to sub-system level, and governing change management with rigorous baseline integrity and clear communication to all affected engineering disciplines - Establish and maintain full requirements traceability from mission need through system architecture and sub-system design
