About the Role We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and results-oriented Solution Architect to drive the efficiency, quality, design, implementation, and scalability of our technical service delivery. Leveraging deep expertise in system architecture, technical integration, and customer-facing delivery, this role will analyze, design, and implement standardized best practices and processes across critical customer-facing journeys (e.g., technical onboarding, implementation, ongoing support).
