Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heating, cleaners, salt chlorinators, automation, lighting, safety, flow control, and energy solutions at our company-owned facilities. The Vice President of Global Supply Chain is responsible for leading the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of the company's global sourcing and procurement organization. This role oversees the development and execution of supply chain strategies that optimize total acquisition cost, ensure supply continuity, strengthen supplier partnerships, and support the company's global manufacturing and operational objectives.
