Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China. This position is based in Clemmons, North Carolina The Planner plans and prepares production schedules for manufacturing under the general supervision of the Planning Manager by performing the following duties. Responsibilities Reviews sales forecast and customer order demands in order to establish sequence and lead time of each operation and determine the accuracy of master production schedule. Analyzes plant capacity data and production specifications and performs mathematical calculations to determine labor/material requirements in order to meet the time demands of the plan. Interfaces with Customer Service Department, Sales Department and Plant Supervisors to ensure that plan efficiency and schedule adherence are maintained in order to satisfy customer demands.
