Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heating, cleaners, salt chlorinators, automation, lighting, safety, flow control, and energy solutions at our company-owned facilities. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China. The Distribution Operations Continuous Improvement Coordinator oversees the efficient operation and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for distribution and warehouse. They work closely with various departments and locations to ensure the system and processes meet business needs and efficiencies, resolves technical issues, recommends and coordinates process and system improvements. This role is critical for optimizing business processes and ensuring data integrity. Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for distribution staff on ERP-related questions and issues; deliver and reinforce user training; and create, update, and maintain complete system documentation.
