About the Role You'll be part of the People team and work closely with our hiring managers across all departments, from engineering to operations, to identify, attract, and close exceptional talent. Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end hiring process across a range of roles (technical, operational, or business) - Partner with hiring managers to scope needs, define profiles, and craft compelling job descriptions - Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build top-of-funnel pipelines across different markets - Manage interview processes with rigor and care, ensuring fast turnarounds and high candidate experience - Run structured screening interviews and contribute to candidate evaluation - Coordinate internal stakeholders and ensure seamless logistics at every stage - Track key hiring metrics and continuously improve our tools, processes, and outreach tactics - Contribute to employer branding efforts through campaigns, job content, and candidate-facing comms Candidate Requirements - 2-5 years of hands-on experience in recruiting, ideally in a high-growth or technical environment - Strong sourcing mindset, you're creative, rigorous,
