About the Role As Program Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our program execution for Europe and Middle-East customers. You are the primary interface with our defense clients, overseeing end-to-end delivery of our systems, ensuring contractual compliance, and coordinating internal teams to meet critical deadlines. You manage risks, resolve crises, and trigger invoicing at the right milestones. This is a client-facing role requiring precision, leadership, and domain expertise. You will ensure Harmattan AI delivers cutting-edge defense products while maintaining a centralized product vision that respects local program constraints.
