About the Role We are hiring a Bid Manager (Europe) to lead all tender and RFP activity across European markets. You will own the full bid lifecycle - from qualification to submission - working at the intersection of Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance. You operate within a centralized bid framework, while being fully embedded in the European commercial team. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to government stakeholders and strategic programs across Europe. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end bid processes across Europe (France, UK, Germany, Nordics, Eastern Europe) - Own RFP evaluation, proposal strategy, drafting, and submission - Produce high-quality, persuasive, and technically accurate proposals - Ensure compliance with European procurement frameworks, export controls, and client requirements - Coordinate cross-functional inputs (Sales, Product, R&D, Legal, Finance) - Operate within structured bid governance (Go/No-Go, review cycles, quality gates) - Act as primary point of contact with clients during bidding phases - Track bid performance and feed insights into central strategy
