Learn more about our vision in our manifesto. About the role We're looking for a Growth Strategist to help scale our go-to-market motion and accelerate customer acquisition. In this role, you'll work closely with the founding team to drive growth experiments, optimize our funnels, and uncover new opportunities across marketing, sales, and product. This is a highly cross-functional role, you'll collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer success to execute initiatives with immediate impact on revenue and user growth. Responsibilities - Own operations for the growth team including lead tracking, campaign ROI, etc. - Execute and analyze growth experiments across channels. - Optimize lead-generation strategies to reach target stakeholders. - Drive discovery of new verticals. - Iterate on branding and messaging. - Build sales enablement material for the sales team. - Collaborate with the product team to share updates
