Job Duties Under general supervision, participates in analysis, modification and design for multiple products and/or projects of greater complexity which requires proficiency in the application of standard materials and components. Develop CAD models and drawings in SolidWorks to support tooling and fixture needs for the Production shop and other departments Design and implement automated electro-mechanical setups to enhance efficiency in Production and other departments. Perform comprehensive reviews of BOMs, setup requirements, tooling, procedures, and routers for first-time build parts. Lead HSE & continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction across all manufacturing departments Participate in design review meetings with the Engineering/Design team Develops test procedures, conducts tests and completes test result analysis for assigned projects. Advises and assists in handling field and manufacturing problems to maintain and improve products and services.
