This is an entry-level developmental position designed for maintenance personnel pursuing a career path as a Power Distribution Technician (PDT). Under direct mentorship and through structured on-the-job training (OJT), the PDT Associate will develop the technical knowledge and field experience necessary to become an independent PDT within approximately one year. Schedule: Halliburton reserves the right to adjust schedules based on industry needs. 14 days on/7 days off (rotates day and night shifts); Out of town & state travel is required. This role could work anywhere in the United States. Lodging, transporation and per diem will be provided when traveling with frac crew. Job Duties Assist with preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of electrical and electronic equipment used in electric frac operations. Work alongside experienced technicians to support operation and maintenance of power distribution systems ranging from 480 VAC through 13,800 VAC medium-voltage equipment.
