Job Duties Under broad direction, leads product development and commercialization for an assigned project, working directly alongside the developer team day to day - giving direction, removing blockers, and staying engaged wherever the product needs attention. Stays embedded from first concept through deployment. There are no handoffs; the Product Champion leads at every stage rather than passing ownership between roles. Builds rapid prototypes as the standard: small working versions are built quickly, tested against real conditions, and improved continuously, replacing sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and long approval cycles. Makes real-time calls on direction, priority, and next steps, correcting course as issues surface instead of waiting for a scheduled review. This is a product leadership role, not a coding role. The focus is active, hands-on engagement with the work; AI tools are used occasionally to speed development and test ideas.
