This is an entry-level developmental position designed for maintenance personnel pursuing a career path as a Power Distribution Technician (PDT). Under direct mentorship and through structured on-the-job training (OJT), the PDT Associate will develop the technical knowledge and field experience necessary to become an independent PDT within approximately one year. Schedule: Halliburton reserves the right to adjust schedules based on industry needs. 14 days on/7 days off (rotates day and night shifts); Out of town & state travel is required.
