We move with urgency and believe great outcomes come from high standards. About the role As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll support customers using HackerRank's products and platform. You'll investigate and resolve complex issues, work closely with engineering and product teams, and help customers maximize the benefits of our technology. Your work will enhance reliability, reduce friction, and make HackerRank more user-friendly for everyone. What you'll do - Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the HackerRank platform, including web applications, APIs, ATS integrations, and developer tools. - Collaborate with engineering teams to reproduce issues, identify root causes, and validate fixes. - Guide customers through SSO (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM integration setup, primarily with Okta and other IdPs. standards, such as SAML and SCIM. - Exhibit exceptional ownership and communication skills, clearly and confidently engaging
