About the role HackerRank's Content Studio is building the content engine for one of the most recognizable brands in technical hiring. We create video, social, and written content for a B2B audience of CHROs and CTOs, produced in-house from our Bangalore studio. We're a small team, we move fast, and we use AI as a core part of how we work. What you will do - Write and strategize across formats: LinkedIn posts, youtube scripts, Twitter threads, product narratives, event recaps, and more. - Translate complex ideas from product, sales, and leadership into content that resonates with senior enterprise buyers. - Bring structure to the content calendar: define pillars, build reuse into the workflow, and think beyond the next post.
