Visit h1.co to learn more about us. We are looking for Full Stack Software Engineers to join a dedicated team building and evolving a clinical data platform serving the clinical operations space. You will develop web application features that surface healthcare insights - working across the full stack from backend services to user-facing interfaces. This is a hands-on engineering role embedded in a fast-paced product team. You will build features that connect large-scale data pipelines to intuitive front-end experiences, working closely with product designers, data engineers, and clinical stakeholders. You should be comfortable taking ownership of features end-to-end and shipping quality code in an agile environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1 - Develop and maintain full stack features for web applications using .NET (backend) and Vue.js (frontend) - Build and consume RESTful APIs and JSON-based data contracts that integrate with large-scale clinical data pipelines - Collaborate with product designers to implement responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces - Work with data engineers and backend teams
