We're looking for a Data Engineer to help build and scale the foundations that drive our data ecosystem. This is an opportunity to work on modern, event-driven data platforms , enabling teams across the business to access high-quality, reliable data that fuels growth, innovation, and customer impact. You'll play a key role in shaping how we structure, transform, and deliver data - building resilient pipelines, improving data quality, and collaborating across engineering, analytics, and business teams to drive real value. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: - Build and maintain scalable, automated, event-driven data pipelines and data models - Design and implement ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data is clean, accurate, and accessible - Manage data integrations, imports/exports, and audience segmentation across platforms - Monitor and optimise existing data pipelines, ensuring performance and reliability - Collaborate with Software Engineering, Systems teams, and Data Governance to improve data quality and reduce technical debt - Work with third-party partners and platforms to enhance data capabilities - Take ownership of data governance and privacy best practices, ensuring compliance and responsible usage - Support the business by ensuring teams have access to accurate, usable data to drive decisions WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Essential Criteria: - Proven experience in data engineering and modern development practices (2+ years) - Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and relational databases (RDBMS) - Experience building and
