THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring an SMB Client Success Manager to our Client Success team in São Paulo ! This role is to join the B2B team and will be responsible for managing a key portfolio of our SMB clients. As a Client Success Manager, you will be expected to bring significant business results to Wellhub through upselling, cross selling and renegotiations within existing accounts. This person will also work in collaboration with different areas of Wellhub to improve and evolve the client's experience.
