PMO Retrofit Coordinator Specialist Savannah, GA in Unique Skills: Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Aviation, or a related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 10 years formal experience with regard to planning, scheduling, and maintaining overall business analysis with demonstrated performance. Position Purpose: Responsible for implementation of fleet modifications and upgrades focusing on improvement of dispatch reliability and aircraft availability Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Establish program criteria on the front end to reach the desired implementation strategy. Create and present retrofit program updates to RQAAT management. Interfaces with department management to status, forecast and build retrofit recovery plans. Work directly with the customer and cross-site managers to ensure applicable retrofits, modifications, repairs, and enhancements are in compliance. Develop processes and procedures to optimize operational decision-making and performance to effect cost reductions. Create and administer retrofit program schedules, including mitigation plans for approved scheduling and maintenance efforts. Support Program Managers with In-Service Evaluations (ISE) for performance evaluations. Assist with creating and presenting retrofit program updates to RQAAT management.
