The Opportunity: We're hiring a Strategic Finance Associate who is passionate about improving the landscape of behavioral healthcare. You will own Grow's financial model and play a critical role in how we forecast, plan, and allocate resources across the business. This is a high-visibility role where you will work directly with the Strategic Finance team, CEO, CFO, and Department Leads on the decisions that shape where the company is headed.
