About the Role We're looking for a technically strong, operationally excellent Lifecycle Manager to own the strategy and execution of our retention program. This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle strategy, technical platform ownership, and cross-functional execution - and is critical to Grow Therapy's ability to move retention metrics at scale in 2026 and beyond. You'll work closely with the Lifecycle Lead, who sets the strategic direction, and own the program roadmap, technical buildout, and day-to-day execution from there.
