Since launching in February 2021, we've empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We've raised more than $328Mm in funding, including our Series D, at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others. About the Role We're looking for a technically strong, operationally excellent Lifecycle Manager to own the strategy and execution of our retention program. This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle strategy, technical platform ownership, and cross-functional execution - and is critical to Grow Therapy's ability to move retention metrics at scale in 2026 and beyond. You'll work closely with the Lifecycle Lead, who sets the strategic direction, and own the program roadmap, technical buildout, and day-to-day execution from there.
