A pioneer of the circular economy, Grover refurbishes and recirculates devices to help eliminate e-waste. We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join the Growth Marketing team at Grover, full-time and minimum 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) at our Berlin HQ. As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Grover, you will own and elevate the performance marketing strategy and execution across paid media channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive acquisition, activation, and retention through innovative, data-driven campaigns, with a particular focus on Google Ads and Paid Social Media. Your goal is to drive efficient growth across multiple markets managing multi-million Euro budgets . 🎯 What you will contribute: - Take charge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta campaigns, optimizing for both web and app performance. - Develop, test, and iterate data-driven strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency. - Manage cross-channel budgets, balancing spending efficiency with campaign impact and scalability. - Partner with BI, Risk and Purchasing to leverage insights for continuous portfolio, audience and performance improvements. - Collaborate with external partners, such as marketing platforms, feed management, agencies and managed services to expand campaign
