By combining advanced sensing technology with real-time monitoring, we help utility operators identify issues faster and improve the reliability and safety of critical infrastructure. About the Role We're hiring several Operations Analysts to support the monitoring of our growing fleet of grid-monitoring devices. As an Operations Analyst, you'll serve as a critical part of our 24/7 operations team, reviewing device-generated events, identifying potential issues, and escalating incidents that may impact the power grid. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced environments where their work has a direct real-world impact. Every event reviewed and every escalation made has the potential to help prevent outages, reduce wildfire risk, and improve public safety. We are hiring across multiple shift schedules to support around-the-clock operations, with a strong preference for candidates available to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST .
