Green Brick Mortgage is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead and support mortgage fulfillment teams in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. This role partners closely with the Vice President of Credit and senior leadership to execute operational strategies, drive performance improvements, and maintain regulatory compliance. This position serves as a key operational leader responsible for managing day-to-day mortgage fulfillment operations while supporting the company's growth as a captive mortgage provider for builder partners. The Operations Manager ensures efficiency, quality, compliance, and service excellence across business-to-business and business-to-consumer channels. Responsibilities Support senior leadership in executing the operational vision and objectives for the Mortgage Operations Department. Manage the daily workflow and performance of mortgage fulfillment teams, including Processing, Underwriting, and Closing functions as assigned. Establish and monitor goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operational staff to promote accountability and continuous improvement.
