Green Brick Mortgage is looking for a dedicated Loan Closer and Funder to join our team in Plano, TX. This dual role combines the responsibilities of preparing and finalizing loan closing documents with ensuring the accurate and timely disbursement of funds for closed mortgage loans. This position requires a keen attention to detail, a strong understanding of closing and funding processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties. Responsibilities Loan Closing Duties: • Prepare closing documents for mortgage loans.• Review and verify the accuracy of closing documents.• Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and other parties to schedule closings.• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines
