Job Overview The Expeditor / Procurement Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely procurement, expediting, and delivery of materials, equipment, and services for water and wastewater treatment projects. The role works closely with engineering, project management, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure all procurement activities align with project schedules, technical specifications, and contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Sourcing Execute procurement activities in line with project requirements, specifications, and budgets Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs to qualified vendors Conduct commercial and technical bid evaluations Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, Incoterms, and payment milestones Issue Purchase Orders (POs) aligned with contract terms Expediting & Vendor Management Track
