Senior Director of Fresh Grocery (Produce, Meat & Seafood) Miami, FL The Senior Director of Fresh Grocery (Produce, Meat & Seafood) serves as the strategic leader and full P&L owner for one of our most strategic and highly visible categories. Reporting directly to the SVP of Operations, this role is responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and end-to-end execution of our fresh grocery business. This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional leadership position requiring seamless orchestration across Merchandising, Field Operations, Pricing, Marketing, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will bridge corporate category strategies with field execution, overseeing everything from complex vendor relations and pricing architectures to instore merchandising, quality control, and strategic marketing programs.
