Technical Immersive Learning Manager, Cloud Learning Services Boulder, CO, USA; +3 more The Google Cloud team helps companies, schools, and government seamlessly make the switch to Google products and supports them along the way. You listen to the customer and swiftly problem-solve technical issues to show how our products can make businesses more productive, collaborative, and innovative. You work closely with a cross-functional team of web developers and systems administrators, not to mention a variety of both regional and international customers. Your relationships with customers are crucial in helping Google grow its Cloud business and helping companies around the world innovate. As a Technical Immersive Learning Manager, you will be a strategic program leader, driving the success of the Explore AI initiative, with a primary focus on scaling and delivering the newly launched Explore AI for Leaders program. As a program expert, you will act as the bridge between Google Cloud Sales, product, and executive customer stakeholders in delivering Explore AI for Leaders workshops and other core Labs for Sales activities. You will be responsible for designing, operationalizing, and delivering high-touch, interactive AI experiences that showcase the transformative power of Google's AI portfolio (including Gemini Enterprise) to C-suite audiences. You will facilitate the creation of playbooks, align cross-functional teams around sales-driven enablement goals, and ensure operational excellence as we scale these executive-level experiences globally.
