Senior Technical Program Manager, Search Ecosystem Mountain View, CA, USA Our team is at the forefront of shaping the future of AI at Google, and its role in the web ecosystem We work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Partnerships, Legal, and Research teams to build and operate this critical ecosystem. Our mission is to ensure sustainable access to valuable information, fostering a healthy content ecosystem while driving innovation. This role involves close collaboration with a distributed engineering team (in Mountain View and Tokyo) and requires a strong ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across various organizations. You will be instrumental in launching and iterating on a zero-to-one product with significant impact on Google's AI capabilities and end user experiences. As a Technical Program Manager on the Search Ecosystem team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and scaling this strategically important and innovative new project. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of complex program workstreams, from planning and development through launch and landing. You will manage the program's lifecycle, navigate ambiguity, and exercise independent judgment to ensure we meet ambitious goals. In Google Search, we're reimagining what it means to search for information - any way and anywhere. To do that, we need to solve complex engineering challenges and expand our infrastructure, while maintaining a universally accessible and useful experience that people around the world rely on.
