Senior Program Manager I, Android XR Dogfood San Jose, CA, USA A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute large-scale internal product testing programs. Coordinate numerous, rapidly changing elements to ensure successful product delivery. Advocate user needs by advocating for their concerns and driving resolution of critical issues. Serve as the central point of contact for all product testing inquiries, quality assessments, and progress updates. Employ exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage risks, assess product quality, and collaborate with program managers to launch successful products. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
