Senior Manager, Product Quality New Taipei, Banqiao District, New Taipei City, Taiwan In this role, you will lead a 25-person team ensuring products meet customer quality standards. You will also serve as a key partner in the cross-functional ecosystem, overseeing quality-related aspects of design, prototyping, and production, while focusing on team development, process efficiency, and strategic alignment. Success is measured by on-time launches, meeting field quality goals, and overall execution of product and manufacturing quality deliverables. You will drive continuous improvement across product generations while advancing team capabilities and maintaining effective cross-functional influence. We research, design, and develop new technologies and hardware to make our user's interaction with computing faster, seamless, and more powerful. Launch innovative products on time, meeting goals for customer quality, including phones and other Google-designed personal consumer electronics and accessories.
